1.尖椒洗净,去蒂部和中间的辣椒芯,备用。
2.肉馅加入葱末、姜末、盐、花椒粉、料酒、蚝油、豆油搅拌。
3.和好肉馅备用。
4.在尖椒中加入肉馅。
5.把备用的尖椒里都装满肉馅。
6.点火做锅,放油。
7.把尖椒放入锅中,小火油煎。
8.待尖椒煎制成虎皮色,加入花椒粉、盐。
9.加入酱油、少许水,焖制。
10.待汤汁快没了,即可停火。
11.盛盘即可。

尖椒一定要表面色泽光亮,硬挺,新鲜的;肉馅随个人口味调制;油焖尖椒时,一定要小火慢煎,尖椒变色后,加入调料焖制,待汤汁快没停火,即可。

原料:
尖椒10个(最好是那种身体修长笔直漂亮的,肉馅好放一些,我买的就不太直)、精肉馅(大约200克)、鸡蛋一个。
辅料:
姜、葱、食用油、酱油、盐、白糖、味精、淀粉。

1、把姜和葱剁成末;
